Dr Levins’ staff is either grossly incompetent or severely apathetic and unaffected. Dr Levins is a good doc but anything needed from staff- forget it. Medications unfilled, messages unanswered, promises broken and at the end of the day, THE PATIENT SUFFERS!!!! I truly do not think they care… punch the clock and collect the check. The same apathy permeating every aspect of our society today has made its way deep into the medical field. The problem is … THE PATIENT SUFFERS!!!! These people do not do their jobs and I’m always left making numerous aggravating phone calls and tracking down meds, pre authorizations, referrals, answers! Find another caregiver cuz the staff here for Levins PCP ARE HORRIBLE. Save yourself and avoid this place! It’s not worth the aggravation or time!

Had a good experience with Dr. O'Leary and a great experience with billing, specifically with Joanna. She was patience and answered all of my questions and was very helpful with getting me established as a new patient.

I recently saw Sharon a couple weeks ago. The appointment went well and I told to come back if I don’t get better. It’s been now a month of being horribly sick so I made another appointment to come in. Unfortunately due to my stomach issues, traffic, and having to get my toddler ready during what should have been her nap time, I arrived 7 minutes late. I was told that Sharon had to leave on time so she couldn’t see me. After going through everything I went through and rushing to get there on time with my 1 year old she couldn’t even cut my appointment short? Based off these other reviews it seems there is no sympathy from these providers. I won’t be returning either.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Scottsdale Family Health. Dr. Rahul Athalye and his entire staff consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent care. They are attentive, professional, and genuinely take the time to listen to any concerns without making you feel rushed. What really stands out is how comfortable and welcomed they make you feel every visit. It’s clear they truly care about their patients’ well-being, and that level of trust is hard to find. My family and I have always felt well taken care of here, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate healthcare provider.

I had a 7:30 AM appointment with Dr. Rahul Athalye and was just a few minutes late due to an accident on the 202 freeway. I tried to call ahead, but the office doesn't even accept phone calls until 8:00 AM after the appointment time. When I arrived and apologized, I was told I had to reschedule, with no consideration for the situation or the fact that I made every effort to communicate. The complete lack of flexibility or empathy was disappointing and honestly unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I absolutely will not recommend Dr. Athalye’s office to anyone.
